Property portal OnTheMarket has signed up Millerson, an 11-branch family-run estate agency with offices across Cornwall and West Devon.

The new signing will bring some 320-plus sales listings and some 50 rental properties to OnTheMarket, ranging from a £2.75 million luxury family house to a £30,000 park lodge holiday home.

Millerson, which has been operated by the same family for three generations, has 14 offices including an HQ in Redruth and 11 sales and lettings branches, which are now listing via OnTheMarket.com

The company already lists with Rightmove, PrimeLocation and Zoopla and is currently run by Geofrey and Heather Miller and their son Jeremy (pictured, main image).

“Millerson estate agents are excited to be joining in with the success of another influential property portal to provide even greater exposure of our properties to a wider audience,” says Jeremy, who is the company’s Operations Partner.

Changing marketplace

“This will help landlords and vendors in this ever-changing local, regional and international market place.”

Helen Whiteley, Commercial Director at OnTheMarket.com, said: “It is great to see yet another multi-branch firm throw its weight behind OnTheMarket.com.

“It has been an incredibly exciting few months as we have watched the momentum build behind our disruptive strategy for an agent-backed portal.”

Last week OTM announced that it had signed up a total of 10,500 offices to its service, nearly double the number it had under contract when it launched on the AIM stock market in February.
