Leading outsourced communications provider Moneypenny has joined forces with Iain White’s industry proptech hub The Innovation Collaboration Group (ICG) to build new relationships with suppliers and agents.

Moneypenny joins the UK’s leading provider of proptech solutions and services for estate agents’ 40-strong membership community including Reapit, One Dome and The Depository, and will share its experience of supporting thousands of UK agents with telephone answering, live chat and outbound services. It will also be on hand to help agencies maximise lead generation and improve customer care.

Estate agent consultant Iain White, who runs ICG, says: “Over the last 18 months in particular we’ve been impressed with the tireless commitment Moneypenny has shown to supporting estate agents by helping them to innovate and outsource.

Best in class

“Moneypenny has a proven track record, is committed to innovation and loves to collaborate – which is exactly what we look for in members. It seemed only right that they should be part of our best in class community.”

ICG is built on a great concept as it takes the guesswork out of proptech for busy estate agents and helps them to find proven partners with ease. We’re looking forward to supporting ICG with that and sharing our expertise and insights with the agent community at large.”

Moneypenny supports 2,500 estate agents, commercial agents, housebuilders and housing associations across the UK.
