Allsop has appointed Simon Capp as Partner to drive Allsop’s new online sales format for new homes.

Simon will work with Gary Murphy, Head of Residential Auctions, to develop their revolutionary method of sale for new-build property. Designed to achieve optimum results for buyers and sellers, the userfriendly online platform offers a transparent, economically viable way to invest in and sell property off-plan. The online auction model creates a live market for global investors and the fall of the virtual hammer results in a binding contract, giving certainty to vendors and buyers.

Simon previously worked for Knight Frank and Native Land and has extensive knowledge of the new-build sector. Specialising in the marketing of UK off-plan developments internationally, he has designed and executed international sales campaigns for numerous high profile property developers, house builders and private equity firms.
