In a further move to grow the Charters Lettings portfolio, the company has acquired Churchills Estate Agents in Eastleigh, Southampton.

Churchills has been built up over 20 years by property experts, Simeon and Annette Field.

“Our customers will continue to receive the same level of customer care and attention but within a wider network of lettings and property management experts,” said Simeon.

The Churchills acquisition will see some 200+ lettings properties brought over to the Charters Lettings fold, which stands at circa 2,500 managed properties, further enhancing the agency’s growing lettings portfolio and augmenting its ongoing acquisition growth strategy.
