Lee Langridge has been promoted to Sales Manager at Charters Financial Services in Southampton. Formerly Charters’ Mortgage Protection Consultant, Lee’s exemplary performance with the Mortgage Hub team has seen him appointed to a new leadership role at a time of remarkable growth for the organisation.

“This is an exciting time to be given this opportunity,” said Lee. “I’ll be heading up a team of nine superb mortgage consultants who are supported by an experienced admin team. It’s amazing to think that I was one of the first people to be employed at the Mortgage Hub – it’s been a lot of hard work since then, but it’s been great to be playing a part in their growth.”
