Cooper and Tanner expands in Wells

Cooper and Tanner have purchased Jill Meadows Lettings Ltd in Wells and announced that they will soon be opening a dedicated lettings branch in the small city.

Jean Moakes, of Cooper and Tanner, will be heading up the new office off Sadler Street. This new office will be a welcome addition to their high-profile residential sales presence in Wells.

Jill Meadows has built up an enviable reputation as the leading independent letting agent in the area and will remain as a consultant during the handover period.
