Cushman & Wakefield expands Land Team

Cushman & Wakefield’s residential team has appointed Daniel McDonagh as a Partner in the firm’s land and development team.

Daniel, who joins from Berkeley Homes (Southern), has extensive experience in the residential development market, having worked for Linden Homes and St James acquiring prime brownfield development sites in the South London boroughs and Home Counties.

He will spearhead the continued expansion of the firm’s instruction base in the South East, where the team has built an invaluable client base in recent years. Daniel said, “I am delighted to be joining a successful team with significant ambitions for growth at this exciting time in the firm’s evolution. With intense price growth in London in recent years, and the unsustainable gap between central London and parts of the South East, we see significant long-term growth in this market. This is particularly the case in commuter towns within easy reach of London with buyers seeking better value, more space and a wider choice of schools.”
