Dacres’ key promotions in the Craven district

Dacres staff imageA senior associate at Dacres in Yorkshire has been promoted to run the firm’s thriving Skipton branch. Jason Preston, a highly experienced agent who has managed Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Settle branch for the last four years, will head the team of eight in the sales and lettings office on Sheep Street.

Tom Galloway MNAEA, who has been promoted to Manager at the firm’s Settle branch, lives in Settle, has worked for Dacres for almost five years.

Jason, who has been in property for 25 years, says,

“I started working for Dacres in 1992 and returned in 2013 to manage the Settle office. The Skipton operation has been at the forefront of the Craven property market since the late 60s and is well respected. My role is to continue building upon the success of the office.”

Tom says, “Settle is a busy branch with plenty of properties coming on the market. We cover a huge area from the Ribble Valley, up into the Three Peaks district, and also operate around Kirkby Lonsdale. My aim is to enhance that with the help of my highly motivated colleagues.”
