With the opening of Keats Grayshott at the end of last year, Keats’ Directors, Christopher and Adrian Hardwick and Rita Tinney have appointed Ian Gough, a highly respected and experienced local agent as the new Branch Manager.

Ian will re-launch Keats back into the local sales and lettings property market where the original brand was born 25 years ago. He specialises in residential sales but has experience in other areas of residential property including Country Homes for estate agencies such as Gascoigne Pees and Hamptons International. Ian said, “Having worked across Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex for 30 years, I have always regarded Keats as one of the strongest agencies in this area. I am delighted to be part of the company where I can use my knowledge of Grayshott and surrounding areas to best serve our clients.”
