Knight Frank appoints new sales heads

Property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Sian-Louise Tangney as head of Battersea and Riverside sales, while Andrew Fisher has been made Head of Residential Sales in its new Cheshire office.

Sian-Louise Tangney - Knight Frank - imageSian-Louise joined Knight Frank as a Sales Manager in September this year and quickly rose to her new Head of Sales position after just two months. Her career in property began in 2017 at Douglas & Gordon where she moved up the ranks from a starting role as Lettings Negotiator to finally, Associate Sales Manager in August 2022, covering the South West London markets of Streatham and Balham.

Sian-Louise commented: “It’s a hugely exciting time to be joining the Battersea team, now that the Power Station is open and fast becoming a retail and leisure destination of choice. In my new role I am particularly looking forward to working with our experienced team to expand the reach of our office.”

Andrew Fisher - Knight Frank - imageFormer Office Head for the Battersea and Riverside office, Andrew, has now been appointed Head of Residential Sales in Knight Frank’s newly opened office in Wilmslow, Cheshire. He will be joined by an experienced sales team to build the firm’s market share in the area, as well as reconnecting with many Knight Frank clients who now call the county home. Andrew will be working in tandem with Peter Edwards and Freddy Dalrymple-Hamilton, from Knight Frank’s Country Department who handle some of the area’s most prestigious properties. He will also offer a continuation of the firm’s London-based Sports Desk, who oversee athletes and professional sportspeople’s relocation with the region.
