Davidson Estates have recognised a keen pair as joint Employee of the Month award winners after an impressive performance resulting in 30 lets.

The record number of lettings was achieved by Jaime Duffy, lettings manager, and Caitlin MacDonald, accounts and applications co-ordinator.

Ben Davidson, managing director at the Birmingham agents, explained that the 30 lets translated into new monthly rents of £35,000 and pipped the company’s previous highest total of 28 in a single month.

He said: “Jaime and Caitlin really deserve this recognition for the outstanding way they worked together as a team to get all those deals over the line in June.
