Build-to-rent specialist Wise Living has appointed Mark Gratton as development and land manager, working with regional and national developers in the private rental sector.

Mark started his career with Fisher German before joining Rigby & Co in Derby, where he advised BTR investors to identify sites and get schemes off the ground. With successful Wise Living developments in Birkenhead and Telford, work in Mansfield and work due to commence in Coventry, Mark’s responsibility is to forge strong relationships with developers to help them grow and de-risk their developments.

Mark said, “I’ve joined the Wise Living team at an exciting time. We have a pipeline of projects and with the £33 million funding from investors ICG-Longbow, we have the funds to match our ambitions.

“I’m looking forward to strengthening relationships and forging new ones with builders and developers in the growing BTR market, working with us to create great places to live!”
