Mark Kane of Dacre, Son & Hartley’s Baildon office, has been promoted to Senior Associate. Since joining the company in 2012 as Baildon’s Branch Manager, he was promoted to Associate in 2014 and now leads a team of five, who have all worked at Dacres for at least five years.

The Westgate premises has also had an extensive refurbishment programme, with new external signage and lightboxes in the office’s window displays.

Mark says, “It’s just over five years since I joined Dacres and it’s been a hugely enjoyable period. I was fortunate to inherit a loyal and experienced team, who are with me today, and as a result we enjoy a superb reputation throughout Baildon and beyond. This is particularly true because four out of six members of our team also live in Baildon, giving us an exceptional knowledge of the local market. This promotion is great news for me personally and it comes at an exciting time for the business, when the market is particularly active across both our sales and lettings divisions.
