Haringtons UK has welcomed Katie Neale to the team as a buying agent, bringing over a decade of experience in prime and super-prime residential property.

Following a successful career in interior design for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and private families, Katie transitioned to commercial property interiors before launching her own boutique property search consultancy.

She was later approached by Garrington Property Finders, where she spent nearly five years as Regional Partner for Hertfordshire and North London, advising on transactions totalling more than £50 million. Most recently, she was a Director at DDRE Global, where she bought for clients across London’s super-prime market.

Known for her discretion, tenacity and calm, intelligent guidance, Katie has successfully supported buyers relocating from London to the countryside, as well as advising foreign clients on the acquisition of long-term investment and buy-to-let portfolios in London.

Originally from Rutland and now based in rural Hertfordshire, Katie brings deep local knowledge to her role – particularly across Hertfordshire, Cambridge, and the increasingly popular commuter towns and rural villages that attract buyers seeking more space, better schooling, and quality of life without losing easy access to London.

Her personal experience of making the move out of the capital gives her a sharp understanding of what buyers need to consider, from catchment areas and commuting times to local amenities and community feel.
