Software launch by big tech firm offers ‘first’ for buyer management
A new tool from the CRM platform can track and manage communication with a property buyer from the listing level.
Estate agency CRM platform Rex Software has announced the launch of its latest innovation that allows agents to save time and close deals sooner by building stronger property buyer relationships.
The ‘game-changing’ tool, according to Mark Hinkins, commercial director UK at Rex Software (main image insert), enables agents to view all a buyer’s information in one place for each listing, facilitating faster completions and more informed follow-ups.
Buyer Management is a buyer-centric CRM experience that brings all relevant property buyer datapoints and actions, such as interest level and viewing history, into easily actionable tables and workflows.
Listing Buyer Mode Table allows agents to track and manage buyers at the listing level, while with Contact Buyer Mode Table, agents can view a buyer’s full journey across multiple listings.
With Dashboard Follow-ups, they can stay on top of viewing follow-ups and with Contact Side Drawer can take instant action, such as adding feedback, sending emails, and booking appointments.
Chats not clicks
“Buyer Management allows agents to focus on conversations, not clicks, which is vital for building relationships that sell properties,” said Mark. “At Rex, everything we do revolves around enhancing the experience for buyers and vendors, enabling agents to build a reputation that makes clients choose them first, every time.
“The winning combination of having a full view of your buyer pool and vital data, with the ability to take action instantly in one place, is a game-changer in your approach to managing expectations, improving efficiency and closing those all-important deals sooner.”
