New Estate Agency Director for Butters John Bee

Spicerhaart has appointed Alison James to the leadership team covering Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire for Butters John Bee.

Alison brings more than three decades of combined conveyancing and estate agency experience to the role, having spent nearly 16 years with Countrywide and 17 years prior in conveyancing, giving her a rare dual perspective of the property transaction process.

Now leading 11 Butters John Bee branches, an auctions team and three branch partners, Alison is responsible for supporting branch performance, recruitment and growth.

She said: “I’ve always believed in working hard, learning every role inside-out, and moving forward at every opportunity. This role at Butters John Bee is the next exciting step for me. It’s a fantastic chance to grow the business and cement it as a strong, recognisable name.”

Making a difference

Alison’s approach is grounded in empathy and experience. Having carried out different roles within estate agency, she understands the pressures that come with the job and how leadership and motivation can make all the difference.

She added: “This is a great business with so much potential and I’m really looking forward to helping it thrive. I’m coming in with fresh eyes but also a deep understanding of the local market. My goal is to blend the best of what’s already here with some new ideas that will take us forward.”
