The Romans Group has announced the promotion of Michael Cook to Lettings Managing Director, replacing Peter Fuller who is now Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. Michael has spent the last two years as Lettings Assistant Managing Director and was a fundamental part of the Group’s success in its largest period of growth, with 11 acquisitions and two new branch openings.

Peter Fuller says, “Since Michael joined Romans 10 years ago he’s been a key part of our success, from managing one of our most profitable branches through the last recession, to the growth of Romans Direct, Romans’ internal customer service team, from a start-up to one that generates 25 per cent of the Group’s residential sales and lettings instructions.”

Michael’s promotion enables Peter to focus on the Group’s continued expansion as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Peter added, “We decided to separate the two roles in the interests of the business, staff and customers, in particular to drive further organic growth, while continuing to focus on ensuring the staff deliver quality customer service to retain our existing landlords and investors.

“We are now actively looking to acquire more businesses!”
