Peter Hughes has been appointed as Head of Residential Agency in the new business formed by merging his agency, Peter Hughes Country Property with RH & RW Clutton.

Peter has 35 years experience in the industry, beginning his career in Central London, followed by seven years in Steyning and Henfield before starting his own business in Petworth in 2005.

He will focus on the country house market in and around East Grinstead, whilst introducing Petworth to the land and commercial services provided by RH & RW Clutton.

He will work alongside Head of Rural Agency, James Tillard, who deals with Farm and Land sales.

Heading the residential sales and lettings teams, Peter will be based in Petworth and East Grinstead, supported by Pippa Thorman, Helen Budgen and Sam Benson.
