New Senior Surveyor boosts valuation team
Bruton Knowles, has appointed Raymond Amosso as the newest Senior Surveyor within the National Valuation Team as part of its ambitious 2022 workforce expansion plans.
As it celebrates its landmark 160th anniversary, the firm has set itself the target to expand its headcount by 160 across all areas of the business.
Raymond is the first senior hire of the year to join the National Valuation Team, which is the second fastest growing division of the business, having expanded its headcount by 30% in the past six months.
He joins Bruton Knowles with nearly 30 years of chartered surveying experience in private firms from across the UK. Raymond also brings with him a wealth of expertise in mainstream general practice, and an in-depth knowledge of the market. He specialises in secure lending and complex valuations in different types of commercial property as well as residential conversion and development schemes.
Commenting on his appointment, Raymond said: “All properties have their own complexities, within different geographic and economic markets, all have their own environmental considerations, and different ownership arrangements. The analysis of each is what makes the job interesting.”
The company carried out a restructure in the wake of the first national lockdown to build up organisational resilience, which has led to a growth in instructions.
