Nick Dunning Associates has appointed Vince Corley as Managing Director for Sales and Financial Services and Stephen Wilson as Managing Director for Professional Services.

Vince joins from Countrywide plc, where he held a senior position leading the mortgage services sales force and the estate agency division. He was instrumental in several key acquisitions, integrating group services and developing the lettings branch footprint.

Stephen is a Chartered Surveyor with 40 years’ experience in UK and international property markets. Having developed and built an award winning 230,000 sqm logistics park in Russia, he returned to the UK to manage and then sell London property group, Stirling Ackroyd, for the estate of the late owner.

He will focus on expanding professional services to facilitate the firm’s growing client base, and continue to oversee the day to day running of Stirling Ackroyd.
