Knight Frank has appointed Georgie Humphries as an Associate in the firm’s super-prime lettings team. Georgie has seven years’ experience in residential lettings, most recently in the firm’s Notting Hill office. Prior to this, she ran a flagship office for Marsh & Parsons in Notting Hill and also brings a wealth of commercial experience having leased some of London’s highest profile office buildings.

In her new role, Georgie will be focused on building upon Knight Frank’s established brand and market share in super-prime lettings across London.

Knight Frank’s super-prime lettings team is reporting a record year with deal volumes currently up 55% in the year to September compared to the same time period in 2020. The team cites that particular hotspots are Knightsbridge, Kensington, Esher and Ascot.
