Richard Levene, formerly a Director of Colliers International based in Singapore, is back in London and has joined the Cityzen Property Group in North West London.

Richard is leading a new department for Cityzen focusing on new homes and resales in the London area. Alongside Richard is Metin Ergin formerly of Gordon & Co and Fraser’s. “We are very excited to welcome Richard and Metin as the new homes and sales market is a vital part of our business.

Richard and I have worked together at exhibitions in Asia and with his and Metin’s experience our sales department will become a major player in this sector,” says Managing Director, Jeremy Maddison. Richard and Metin will also help build the extensive property management portfolio based out of Cityzen’s East London office and also work closely with their China office based in Shanghai.
