Prime London agent, Russell Simpson, has appointed Ed Woolgar as their new Head of Lettings.

Ed has been working in the residential lettings market for over 18 years. His experience spans high-end valuations, corporate relocations, and prime and ultra-prime lettings. Ed joins the Russell Simpson team from his previous position as a Senior Associate Director at Strutt & Parker’s Chelsea Office, where he acted as Lettings Director for the South Kensington region.

Prior to that, Ed was an Associate Director at Chestertons and Residential Lettings Director at Harrods Estates where he generated a record-breaking £200,000 letting fee for a single instruction.

In his new role, Ed will be leading the well-established lettings team.

He commented: “The move will enable me to utilise my years of experience in prime Central London to grow the lettings offering and support the well-established team. I look forward to working with Russel Simpsons’ impressive client base to find and let properties of distinction.”
