Leading prime London estate agency Russell Simpson has appointed Ed Woolgar as its new Head of Lettings.

He is an experienced and long-standing member of the central London prime property market community including time spent at Chestertons, Harrods Estates, Strutt & Parker and a more recent but short time at Cluttons.

Woolgar has a combined 18 years experience in high-end valuations, corporate relocations, and prime and ultra-prime lettings.

At Strutt & Parker he was a Senior Associate Director at its Chelsea Office, where he acted as Lettings Director for South Kensington.

Prior to that, Ed was an Associate Director at Chestertons where he was the lead lister for South Kensington, Chelsea, Earls Court and Knightsbridge and the Residential Lettings Director at Harrods Estates where he managed and grew four lettings’ offices in Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Chelsea, and Kensington.

At Harrods Estates, Ed generated a £200,000 letting fee for a single instruction, which was a record for the company.

In his new role as Head of Lettings at Russell Simpson, Woolgar will be operating within Chelsea, Kensington, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Hyde Park, and surrounding locations.

“The move will enable me to utilise my years of experience in prime Central London to grow the lettings offering and support the well-established team,” he says.
