Charlie added: “Daisy will be an excellent addition to the team here at Russell Simpson and brings with her a wealth of market knowledge and experience that will prove invaluable to the business. She will provide fantastic support for me in my new role, which will be to deliver the best service and results for our clients.”

The firm has also boosted its lettings offering by setting up a dedicated interior design arm to dress empty homes, both physically and digitally, to demonstrate their full potential. The new team will be led by Head of Lettings, Ed Woolgar, with the main objective to best position unfurnished rental properties.

The team’s offering includes physically staging and dressing empty houses and apartments, as well as digitally dressing homes, which comprises CGI furniture expertly imposed onto real imagery to help prospective tenants visualise how they could shape the living spaces.
