Spicerhaart appoints new MD

As part of its expansion strategy, Spicerhaart has again strengthened its top tier with the appointment of Daniel Ansell as Managing Director of its Taurus Chapter. He is now responsible for a number of its estate agency brands: Haybrook, Butters John Bee, Darlows and haart, as well as ensuring the smooth running of all key business relationships.

Daniel was previously with Connells for over a decade, latterly as an Area Director responsible for 12 branches, but originally started his career as a Trainee Negotiator with Countrywide.

He said: “When I first started talking to Spicerhaart, meeting the people and learning about the culture, I knew if I was lucky enough to secure the role, I would take it with both hands.

“This is an incredible opportunity and I am looking forward to helping people realise their potential, both personally and for the business. My ambitions are to grow market share and profitability while ensuring our teams have a great environment to work in.”
