19 year old Jason Lewis has secured a full-time job at a Felixstowe estate agents before officially completing his apprenticeship in sales negotiation, thanks to the national training provider Positive Outcomes.

Jason, of Felixstowe, is working at Abbotts estate agents as a trainee sales negotiator. He has impressed his managers so greatly in his short time at the firm with his confidence, passion for property and perseverance that he has been offered a permanent job before he had completed his training.

He said, “I went down the apprenticeship route because I think learning on the job and earning qualifications while working gives me more of a chance of having a successful career than going to university.

“It is also a great way to start my career as I wouldn’t have been hired as a negotiator if I wasn’t an apprentice. With no experience or qualifications, an apprenticeship is the only way I could get into estate agency at my age and has given me the chance to do the job that I have always wanted.”
