Iain Lewis joins Connells as the Group’s Human Resources Director.

Iain’s experience in HR spans more than 20 years, in which he has developed strength in leading results-orientated, commercial HR teams. Having worked across a number of sectors, his areas of expertise include cultural awareness and development, change and transformation leadership, learning and development, and resourcing.

Working alongside Connells Group’s business leaders, Iain’s objectives will be to progress the Group’s long-term aspirations for its 16,000 colleagues, to support any outstanding integration activity and to continue building on its colleague engagement work.
