The Property Group has promoted Anna Tucker to company Head of Compliance and Training Co-ordinator.

Anna has worked for the Property Group for seven years in the Lettings customer-facing team, and more recently as PA to their Operations Director, David Powell.

Prior to joining the Property Group in 2011, Anna had spent 15 years working in the property letting and management industry in managerial roles.

In addition to managing the compliance of the business, Anna will implement a new training programme for all employees; the focus being customer service.

Anna said, “I have seen a number of changes to legislation and regulation, but this has increased tenfold in the last couple of years. My first priority is implementing the new GDPR regulations, we have been proactively training all employees on the new processes.”

David Powell, Operations Director said, “I have worked closely with Anna for the last couple of years. Given the speed and direction in which the industry is going, there is no one better to fulfil this role; our clients will certainly benefit from the additional support provided.”
