Spicerhaart has announced two new Lettings Directors to support its £30m expansion programme.

Liam Davorn has 30 years in the profession and joined haart a decade ago as Senior Branch Manager at the South Woodford Lettings branch, working his way up to Area Director for Metro.

Melissa Casey has been with haart for 15 years, starting as a Lettings Manager at haart Maidenhead, progressing to Area Director for the M4 and West London.

Liam said: “I’m looking forward to empowering others and helping them make the most of the opportunities that will arise as we grow. I’ve watched many of my team blossom and achieve high results throughout their career and one thing I’ve taught them stays clear throughout: you must enjoy something to thrive in it. If you’re not having fun, you’ve got it wrong.”

Melissa said: “haart have been amazing for me in terms of professional development. It has always been so important for me to see a clear career path and development in terms of training and qualifications – and this is exactly what I’ve received from the company.

She added: “I want my team to know that I want to know them; I want to understand what they need from training to wellbeing support in order for them to thrive.”

New Lettings Managing Director, Satwant Basi, will be spearheading this expansion and ensuring that this internal development continues throughout the company.
