Winkworth appoints new franchise operations lead
Jack Spellman has joined Winkworth as its new Franchise Operations Lead to focus on connect and communication across the network.
Winkworth has appointed Jack Spellman as its Franchise Operations Lead. He will work with more than 100 franchisees to support and elevate their business success.
Spellman (pictured) landed his first estate agent role in his early 20s, working for a family-run agency before moving to London and working his way up at LiFE Residential, a Galliard Homes subsidiary.
After a move to the Midlands, he spent three years as Lettings Director at John Shepherd, part of The Lomond Group, before joining the Winkworth team.
The Franchise Operations Lead role will see Spellman focus on connection and communication as he supports the franchisees and their businesses, splitting his time between the Winkworth head office and being out in the field spending time with franchisees.
