Woods Estate Agents have appointed Jane Stockford as Associate Partner. Jane, who joined Woods in 2010, is based in Clevedon and is responsible for Woods’ thriving block management business. She has 20 years’ experience in estate agency and property management in  the region. During her time with Woods, the number of blocks under management has grown by 150 per cent and now encompasses 481 individual leaseholders’ properties. The geographical area covered has also widened, with the team now managing blocks in an area from Bristol to Bridgwater.

Jane says, “Unless you have lived in a leasehold block, it is difficult to understand how things get done! We can do the difficult things at a property that self-managers would find impossible. We often take on management from self-managers and they all say they would never go back.”
