A smart new combined sales progression and communication tool, mio, is now available to estate agency branches across England and Wales – with a 6 months free introductory offer.
The national launch followed mio’s successful debut in Cardiff, part of an 18-month programme, in which the innovative, time-saving tool was used by agents accounting for over half of all properties sold.
With a shared view of the chain, milestone updates and more, mio helps estate agents speed up transactions and reduce their fall-through rates.

mio also has a consumer app. Homemovers can see the progress of their sale and the status of the chain, as well as communicate directly with their estate agent.

Beyond being positively received, mio helped to reduce average fall-through rates to 21% compared to the UK average of 33%, whilst speeding up transactions to exchange from 126 days down to 85 days (as measured from September 2017 to April 2019 across the Cardiff mio community of agents).
