Leeds-based Zenko Properties has ambitions to build on the success it enjoyed during 2024 by doubling its city-centre lettings and ‘supercharging’ its sales division.

Last year, the agency says reported 20% growth in its rentals portfolio and 10% growth in sales in comparison to the previous year, and it is now aiming to increase its overall turnover by 25% in 2025.

Jonathan Morgan (main image, riht), Partner at Zenko Properties, has been involved in Leeds’ property market for over 25 years and comments: “We are very excited about the future.

“This month we have been instructed by one of my oldest clients to manage eight apartments at Bridge End and we currently manage more than 500 city centre properties.”

Zenko was also appointed to manage several key schemes in Leeds city centre in 2024 including Devonshire House, Spencer House and Lamberts Yard.

Jonathan says rental demand is currently very strong in Leeds and there is plenty of demand from owner-occupiers, as well as individual investors and bigger property investment firms.
