Estate agency acquisition part of Dexters’ growing ambitions
In drive to be No.1 in London Dexters snaps up South London estate agent and reveals two more offices in the Capital.
Dexters has announced its acquisition of respected Norbury-based independent estate agent James Alexander and the opening of two new offices in Surbiton and Canada Water.
This expansion, says Dexters’ CEO Andy Shepherd (main image), marks an ‘exciting step forward’ in strengthening the agency’s presence across South London, with over 80 offices across the Capital, including 12 in prime central London.
Commitment to local expertise
James Alexander was established in 1994 in Norbury, and, over the years, has garnered a reputation for its service levels and local expertise for both sales and lettings.
Shepherd comments: “By bringing James Alexander into our network, we reinforce our commitment to local expertise, exceptional customer service, and continued growth in opportunities, and we look forward to working alongside the fantastic team.”
At the same time, due to high customer demand, Dexters is opening a third office in Surbiton and another in ‘vibrant’ Surrey Quays Road in Canada Water.
Dexters now has more local offices and a greater presence than any other estate agency in London.”
Shepherd says of the move: “Dexters now has more local offices and a greater presence than any other estate agency in London, and the imminent opening of a third Surbiton office and a brand-new office in Canada Water further confirms Dexters’ reputation as the capital’s market leader, offering an unrivalled personal service to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across the city.”
The estate agency group says it currently looks after over 45,000 Landlords and over 200,000 buyers and tenants looking for a new London home.
