As part of its ongoing expansion and commitment to developing talent, London estate agent and a firm of Chartered Surveyors, Dexters, plan to boost its workforce by up to 200 people next year through its training academy.

Since 2017, the Dexters Training Academy has helped over 560 colleagues achieve the first step in their property career with industry specific apprenticeship qualifications and professional development programmes.

Over 400 colleagues now have Propertymark certifications and a further 100 are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

New recruits benefit from working alongside some of the best talent in the industry, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship from qualified senior leaders across London.

Dexters also offers fast-track progression to manager and director level, as well as share schemes and high-earning potential, with targeted earnings rising to six-figure salaries for experienced managers.
