Estate agency duo kick off fourth year of dinner events

2026 will be the fourth year that the Baldock Brothers have hosted bi-monthly events in central London, which are open to all active sales and letting agents.

A restaurant-based industry networking event in London organised by two well-known estate agents is to welcome fellow players from the industry to its fourth year of bi-monthly events kicking off for 2026 in London starting next month.

The ‘Baldock Brothers’ – better known as Matt and Neill Baldock – are the convenors of The Estate Agency Dinner events. The pair are a busy duo and also run an industry training and business consultancy as well as a network for people involved in the HMO sector while also running their own estate agency in Essex called Charles David Casson.

Their dinners will take place bi-monthly starting on the 15th January and will be held at the Marble Arch Hotel in London and welcome those active in property sales and lettings including property managers, with the promise of ‘no sales, no supplies and no speeches’.

Matt said, “The Dinner just started as a ‘lets see what happens’ idea, and what has happened is we’ve created a real community of forward thinking agents who have a safe space, both physically and in our WhatsApp group where they can share their wins and their troubles without the fear of being pitched to.”

Neil added, “Whilst it was originally called the Directors Dinner, we changed in 2025 to The Estate Agents Dinner to be more inclusive as we think employed agents could benefit from being in the room.

“As long as you are actively involved in selling or letting properties then you are welcome, regardless if employed, self-employed, high street or hybrid.”
