Leading hybrid firm EXP UK now has more than 700 estate agent members within its network just over a year after it hit the 500-agent milestone.

In the last eight months alone, EXP UK has recruited 100 new agents, and says it is the largest self-employed estate agent platform in the UK.

The agency recently claimed its brokerage model, which enables high street agents with employed staff to allow some staff to go self-employed, is ‘gaining traction’ with 13 firms now signed up.

Potential

Adam Day, Head of EXP uk (main picture), says: “Whilst we officially launched EXP UK in November 2019, my role as head of UK began in April that year and whilst I could see the abundance of potential that the EXP model offered, even I couldn’t have anticipated the pace at which we would establish ourselves as the nation’s leading self-employed model.

“Six years on and not only have we amassed a huge 700 member agents, but we’ve continued to drive innovation within the sector, whilst offering the support, guidance and training required for our agents to succeed at the very highest level in their respective markets,” says Day, who was promoted to International Expansion Leader for EXP’s wider European territories.

“It’s been an incredible journey so far and it’s one that is really only just beginning, and I can’t wait to see where it takes us.”
