Estate agency EXP UK is now the largest of its kind in the UK after signing up its 600th member agent, it has claimed.

The platform, which is for both solo agents and existing estate agencies, has hit the milestone after recruiting a further 100 agents so far this year.

Its announcement comes hot on the heels of its most recent business launch – a brokerage model designed to convert existing branch-based estate agency businesses to the use of self-employed fee-earners – and more recently, its own buyer representation programme.

EXP UK says reaching 600 member agents makes it the “leading and largest self-employed estate agency platform in the UK”, claiming to be ahead of competitor Keller Williams by some 50 agents.

“We’re incredibly proud to have hit yet another momentous milestone already this year and its proof of the momentum that continues to build across the eXp UK network,” says boss Adam Day.

Commodity

“Our network of top agency talent is by far our most valuable commodity and it’s not just the individual earning potential agents can benefit from, as so far this year eXp UK member agents have shared 413 referrals, sharing an estimated £1.4m in potential commission in the process.

“Many of our competitors often use our size against us but actually, the larger our network, the more opportunities our agents get across the board, not to mention the support they need to get their businesses off the ground.”

EXP UK was launched in November 2019.
