Hunters has unveiled a new ‘Personal Agent’ model that it says will give experienced agents the opportunity to run their own business while trading under its national brand.

Under the franchise, agents are given exclusive territories, a unique aspect according to Rob Smith (pictured), Managing Director at Hunters. He says it will attract agents who want independence without losing the benefits of a recognised national name.

Leverage the strength and recognition of the Hunters name while enjoying the freedom and flexibility of operating independently”.

The model enables entrepreneurial agents to “leverage the strength and recognition of the Hunters name while enjoying the freedom and flexibility of operating independently”.

Each agent works in an exclusive territory, allowing them to build their own businesses while maintaining the company’s “high standards and customer-centric values”.

Rob Smith adds, “We’re excited to offer this new model to agents who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients and who want to run their own business.

“With the backing of the trusted Hunters brand, our Personal Agents will have access to proven tools, systems, and training that will help them succeed and grow.”

Two agents already signed

The first two agents to sign up have launched in Ascot and Leyland, which Hunters says will demonstrate how the model can operate at a local level.

Self-employed packages are becoming increasingly common in the estate agency sector. There are similar offerings from EXP UK, Nested, Century 21 and EweMove. And Fine & Country has targeted the premium end of the market with its Associate model.
