Property heavyweight Jason Bull has joined hybrid estate agency YOPA as Head of Growth from French real estate network IAD Group to help drive its new property associate model.

As well as IAD, Bull has a track record of working with some of the biggest names in the property world, from Countrywide to Sequence, where he was regional manager to Easyproperty where he was CEO.

Exciting time for the personal-branded estate agent.”

Yopa’s new associate ‘broker’ model, which Bull will be spearheading, was launched in October of this year and is designed to offer self-employed agents the platform and the support they need to operate under their own brand in the UK property market.

Yopa’s structure has until now been ‘franchise owner’ focused, and many of the new associates will be operating via that existing network.

The estate agency’s CEO Verona Frankish says: “Jason joins us as an estate agency ‘lifer’ with many years’ experience in the self-employed, personal agency space, and will be a fantastic support to both our associates and sponsors as we grow our associate network across the UK.

“During this year, we have created a model that we believe provides flexibility, accountability and ownership, with fantastic commercials for agents and sponsors alike, and with a clear focus on great marketing and personal service.

Wider network

“And, of course, joining part of a wider network of almost 200 agents providing advice, guidance, support and community.

“This is a really exciting time for the personal-branded estate agent, with more choice for agents and customers alike and we are thrilled to welcome our first group of associates to Yopa, in the coming weeks!”
