Knight Frank has announced a British-wide promotion round involving 129 people, including 14 new partners and 19 new associates across residential departments.

The promotions encompass sales, lettings, finance, research and residential development and investment, reflecting the agency’s continued investment in career progression.

Among those promoted to partner are Alice Keith in Country Sales, Ollie Hayden in Lettings, Andrew Twagira, who becomes Head of Aldgate Lettings, Dylan Brooks, now Head of Queens Park Sales, and Daniel Sugarman, who takes on the role of Sales Manager in London Sales.

The Residential Development and Investment team also saw significant recognition, with Evan Yu, Edward Capel, Jake Withers, Aqib Awan and Jess Qureshi all promoted to partner.

Within Knight Frank Finance, Digant Depala becomes Partner and Head of KFF Compliance, while David Ewington and Josh David, who becomes Head of Partnerships, were also promoted to partner.

Accomplished associates

At Associate level, promotions span a broad range of residential disciplines. The lettings division welcomed six new Associates, including Katie Shaw, Sophie Alexander, Sam Taylor and Rosie Waters, alongside Connor Shaw as Relationship Manager and Phillip Dunn as Property Manager.

London Sales gained four new Associates, while the Residential Development & Investment team promoted Ben Duke, Matthew Bicknell, Charlie Gilkes and Tommy Civil, with Toby Orrell also joining the Associate ranks.

Knight Frank Finance also recognised René Bahar, Beth Price and Chris Brooker with Associate promotions.
