Knight Frank prime player takes over key Winkworth office

Christian Lock-Necrews leaves Knight Frank after 18 years to take on Winkworth's Knightsbridge base.

Residential specialist Christian Lock-Necrews (main picture) has left Knight Frank to take over Winkworth’s Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Belgravia franchise.

Lock-Necrews joins Winkworth after 18 years with Knight Frank, operating in Marylebone and in Knightsbridge.

Refurbishment

He will be based in Brompton Road SW3 where Winkworth’s office has been located for 50 years. The office has undergone an extensive refurbishment following his acquisition of the franchise.

The Winkworth Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Belgravia office is part of Winkworth’s prime cluster of offices in Kensington, South Kensington, Paddington & Bayswater, Notting Hill, and Pimlico & Westminster.
