Paralympic champion opens estate agency’s big training hub

Danny Crates has officially opened Spicerhaart’s new Academy Training Centre at the company’s Colchester headquarters.

Spicerhaart has made a huge investment in the centre with the aim of continuing its history of developing of top talent.

“Our unique facilities will also enable the delegates to hone their in-person and telephone sales skills in a dedicated call-out suite and door knocking room.

“The theoretical and practical skills they learn will help our new team members hit the ground running and have success as soon as they get to the branch.

“We’re now on the lookout for people with a knack for sales and customer service who can fit seamlessly into our teams up and down the country.”
