Curated by Simon Leadbetter, former Knight Frank and Countrywide Group Marketing Director, and the consultancy We Are Unchained, the series has become a vital barometer of sentiment within the estate agency profession.

Previous editions have addressed portal dominance, AI adoption, and the sustainability imperative.

Unique opportunity

This edition examines the industry’s confidence in the housing market and economy under Labour and asks for views on planning reform, rental legislation and housing supply. It will also explore regional differences in market sentiment and investigate the policy changes agents want next.

Simon Leadbetter said: “This is a unique opportunity for agents to influence the national conversation. With a new government settling in and big housing reforms on the table, the industry’s Voice matters more than ever. But we need those views in now; the deadline is this Thursday, and the report is out in early July.”

The survey is anonymous, takes under fifteen minutes to complete, and is open until midnight on June 20. Share you voice and shape our industry.
