Edward Wain-Heapy joins Savills as a director, specialising in the sale of prime residential property in Sussex and Surrey.

A fourth director has joined Savills’ country house department following three appointments in January.

After 18 years at Hamptons as a director in the South East, Edward Wain-Heapy brings with him a wealth of local expertise. Working alongside Will Peppitt, he will primarily focus on the areas around Reigate, Haywards Heath, Tunbridge Wells, and the coast.

Edward’s 25-year career includes a stint in the central London property market, though the majority of his time has been on home ground, managing large estate agency teams. He now collaborates with regional colleagues, working directly with clients, high-net-worth buyers and their appointed buying agents.

Edward commented: “I’m thrilled to be taking the next step in my property career by joining the Savills country house department. I’ve long admired the high calibre of the team and I’ve always lived in Sussex so it’s a dream to be focusing where I can demonstrate my in-depth local knowledge that enables me to provide real local insights.”

The country department continues to go from strength to strength, all down to the expertise and experience of the collaborative team who provide best-in-class service to their clients.”
