Swanky new estate agency opens doors in prime Parsons Green location

Former top London agent assembles talented team to launch boutique firm in West London, specialising in upmarket properties.

A new independent estate agency has been launched in the affluent Parsons Green area of West London.

Charlie Ince-Green (pictured second from left), founder and Managing Director of Beaufort Green Estate Agency, has made the move after nearly a decade working in the Fulham and Parsons Green market.

“Being on the high street is already paying off, with several local residents dropping in to register with us. We’ve now agreed 63 sales and are excited for what’s ahead,” says the former Dexters sales director, Ince-Green.

His new estate agency celebrated its official launch with nearly 100 guests, including friends, family and industry colleagues at Hally’s, opposite their newly refurbished office on the high street. Attendees were treated to guided tours of the new premises, which feature the agency’s distinctive pink and green branding.

Experienced team

To get them off on the right foot, Beaufort Green has assembled a team of experienced professionals, including fellow Director Samuel Tomlinson (pictured far right), a childhood friend, who until recently was a sales manager at Chard in Parsons Green and Senior Negotiator Mackenzie Burnell (pictured second from right), who joins from Savills.

As part of the launch celebrations, the agency not only gave guests guided tours of its newly refurbished office, it also showcased a typical Beaufort-type property – a stunning two-bedroom duplex flat, which had been professionally staged to a very high standard by Burbeck Interiors.

He has every intention of building Beaufort Green into the renowned agency within the local area.”

Ince-Green makes his ambition for the business clear, according to the website: “He has every intention of building Beaufort Green into the renowned agency within the local area,” and emphasises its “unwavering attention to detail” as a key differentiator in a crowded marketplace.

The company’s Instagram account provides regular updates on progress, while its website showcases its growing portfolio of high-end properties.
