House Collective new branch Notting hill teamFollowing the success of its flagship office in Primrose Hill, House Collective has officially opened the doors of its first West London office in Notting Hill.

Having discreetly sold and let many of North and West London’s most desirable homes over the past few years, the new branch strengthens the agency’s ability to offer an even more tailored and personal service to clients.

Led by respected names in the prime London property market, Will Vaughan (second from right, main image) and Benjamin Ross (far left main image), House Collective will continue with its ethos of offering a highly personalised, design-led service to clients seeking to sell or let distinctive homes in the area.

Jonathan Brandling-Harris, co-founder of House Collective, commented: “Notting Hill is an area we’ve quietly worked in for years. The character of the neighbourhood, the architecture, and the people here resonate so strongly with our values as an agency.

“Opening a physical space felt like a very natural evolution, allowing us to better serve the clients we already work with and deepen our connection with the local community. We’re not here to blend in – we’re here to bring something fresh, thoughtful and design-driven to the market.”

Creative service

Founded in 2018, and rooted in London’s creative culture, House Collective approaches every home with an editorial eye, combining striking photography with a strong sense of narrative to showcase not just the property, but the lifestyle it offers.

Will Vaughan, Director, added: “We’re not your typical agency. There’s a real focus here on storytelling, presentation, and people. Our clients trust us because we listen, we care, and we do things properly. I’ve worked in Notting Hill for 12 years, so opening this office feels like a homecoming of sorts – one that I’m incredibly proud to lead.”

Another key differentiator for the agency is its B Corp Certification – a prestigious recognition of its commitment to social and environmental impact – which means House Collective strives to ensure that every transaction benefits not only its clients but also the wider community.
