The Negotiator Awards 2025, in partnership with Zoopla, took place on Friday night with 800 guests attending the UK’s leading awards programme for estate and letting agents.
‘The Neg Awards’ saw it’s biggest entry bag ever this year, making it all the harder-fought for the shortlisted individuals and companies. Comedian and actor Marcus Brigstocke joined Grant Leonard, Publisher of The Negotiator, on stage to conduct the presentation, saw over 140 accolades – Gold, Silver, Bronze and Highly Commended – awarded to agents and suppliers.
The Negotiator Awards leads the residential property industry as the most important, valued and prestigious award programme. Entrants are judged by a 30-strong panel of industry leaders and experts in an open and transparent process, underlining the value and prestige of success in the awards.
Extravaganza
The annual black-tie extravaganza is vaunted as the ‘property party of the year’ and didn’t disappoint, with live music entertainment throughout, themed this year on ‘Glam-Rock’ with an Elton John-alike (Elite Elton) almost stealing the show with a performance that had guests up and dancing before the starters had arrived! It set the mood for a fantastic evening of drama and excitement.
Thirty-five category awards were presented to nominees from all over the UK, in this unique gathering of the best in estate agency. The winners can be seen on The Negotiator Awards website.
Notable wins were Chestertons for Estate Agencyof the Year (100+ employees) and LRG for Letting Agency of the Year (100+ employees). Shannon Smith of Andrews Property Group was crowned Rising Star of the Year.
The most entered category was Estate Agency of the Year (up to 15 employees), which was won by Foundation Estate Agents and Victoria Pinkerton won Letting Agency of the Year (up to 15 employees).
Kate Faulkner OBE was recognised with The Negotiator Lifetime Achievement Award.
