Nottingham-based Comfort Estates and Tattershalls have announced they are to come together under a single brand.

Multi-award-winning sales and lettings agency Comfort Estates has merged with nearby competitor Tattershalls with both estate agencies based in the heart of Nottingham.

Tattershalls’ staff, says Comfort Estates partner Hannah Leigh (pictured), will be relocated to Comfort’s offices where they will operate under its brand.

This ‘union’ marks a significant milestone in Comfort Estates’ 13-year history, bringing together two respected brands to provide enhanced services to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers across the region.

According to Leigh, the merger combines Tattershalls’ valued client base with Comfort Estates’ expertise, innovation, and commitment to excellence. Together, she believes the two teams will build on their exceptional client care to deliver even greater value to the local community.
